HP's OmniBook 3 16" beats everything else on the budget laptop market right now — if only the pricing were easier to predict

HP's OmniBook 3 16" is often one of the best budget laptops on the market, but its volatile pricing makes my recommendation harder to predict. In any case, it delivers incredible battery life and snappy performance, two features you always want in a PC. Here's my honest opinion after a couple of weeks of regular use.
