O/\n\nGlad you're here.\n\nOh, the peace of late, late nights and early mornings!\n\nHope you've known a few.\n\nHow to bring that calm into the day?\n\nThere's a certain slow easy way the Sun sets and rises.\n\nEach rise and fall sets a rhythm, sets a tone.\n\nI wonder if we remember our best work, our best living, happens in focused intentional moments of purpose on purpose.\n\nThere's a calm competency that comes when we're living well. It's easier to feel in the early morning and late at night.\n\n_Go! Go! Go!_ sparks the metronome at noon.\n\n_Coffee, Coffee, Go, Go! Whoa! And Go some more!_ is the trumpet call for so many.\n\nThere's no way to know happiness in that kind of life; there's only distractions and shock treatments.\n\nIf you can't find joy in a sunrise, or gratitude in a sunset from time to time, you're the scourge of the World.\n\nYou serve shock treatments more than yourself.\n\nDo your work, certainly, but do it for the reason that Life is worth living, worth feeling.\n\nThere's more to living than living another day.\n\nThere's wonder, there's hope, there's kindness, and finding out what love is all about.\n\nAnd Beauty.\n\nOh, sweet Beauty what did we do to you?\n\nGone and made you superficial.\n\nWow.\n\nWhere are the cathedrals, the works of Art?\n\nDid we bury poetry in a scientific heap?
