Recognize what changed, learn from it, call it growth, and move on.\n\nIt's not always a spectacle, or major occurrence, though the effects are always wide-stretching and lasting.\n\nIt could be as simple as a simple conversation with a stranger, a book, or a movie you saw.\n\nRecognition of the event helps show the nature of the transition.\n\nIt also tells you a lot about your story and what life, for you, is about.\n\nConsider it. For a short time at least today, look back at your life.\n\nWhat moments stand out?\n\nWhat memories best define you now?\n\nThe reason they do is because that's what you value most.
