Too cool for a capital, or a lowercase 't'.\n\nAs the sun comes up on a night whose temperatures are about 30 degrees colder than the days, let's talk about cool.\n\nAre you trending trendy? The soup of the day? Top of the charts?\n\nSomething new creates interest. Having a cool moment is like being a flame to the moths of humanity.\n\nMore than just a diversion, what is it that makes something cool?\n\nIt's novelty; it's the press of Life to grow.\n\nGrowth requires change and change always looks new. It's why Artists are so often considered cool. We make things new as a rule for our work.\n\nMaking something new resurrects value in something known. Take my handwriting for example.\n\nA few decades ago writing anything at all with a pen was just business as usual. Now, it's a very cool thing to do thank you very much.\n\nOur desire to live our best life attracts us to what's familiar in a new way.\n\n> \"I didn't realize poetry did that.\"\n> -New Favorite Wonder Fell Reader\n\n> \"Cool, huh?\"\n> -Longtime Fan of Wonder Fell\n\nMaking language is a human thing to do because words are alive.\n\nAs our understanding of language grows, so do we. The only power that ever changes anything is in a person's ability to use words.\n\nOur capacity to make language is our greatest asset. There's only adaptation and what's called 'natural growth' without it.
