O/\n\nGlad you're here.\n\nPeace like a mountain, strong lasting, in the air, in thoughts this morning.\n\nWhat else?\n\nThere's you.\n\nDo you keep a journal yet?\n\nIt helps.\n\nIt helps every aspect in your life.\n\nEven if it's only a few sentences a day... start one.\n\nTell it everything.\n\nEven that.\n\nEspecially that.\n\nThe 'that' you don't speak a lot about.\n\nGrand dreams, felt petty desires, observations... whatever comes to mind.\n\nReread it weeks, months, years later; you'll be glad you wrote it.\n\nThere's wisdom in the exercise of reading past journal entries.\n\nYou learn a lot about yourself. You see your progression of growth.\n\nCommit to a sentence a day, same time and place if you can. Consistency helps your dreams feel safe.\n\nAt least one true honest sentence a day.\n\nAt first tell yourself no one's going to read it.
