All day long?\n\nHere's a morning cup of sunshine to wonder about on this Day of Fools.\n\nEvery year a whole day dedicated to the jester.\n\nNo kidding.\n\nA recognition of the importance of Comedy in our lives.\n\nFunny thing about being funny is it's very serious business.\n\nWrote about that once already though... here.\n\n...\n\nIn the spirit of 'Words are Enough,' I changed the aesthetic of the site.\n\nPoets value the shape, form, and rhythm of language as a part of the meaning of a piece of writing.\n\nA blogpost is a kind of poetic form. A picture, a title, a subtitle, the context itself.\n\nThe experiment with AI imagery is over for Wonder Fell, but keeping to the form of a blogpost remains.\n\nOne cool thing about handwriting is its become a very cool thing to do.\n\nSo a screenshot of the first page of the morning journal for the obligatory pic to fit the requirement of the new 'poetic form.'\n\nHandwriting for a header definitely gets AI scratching its Large Language Model head.\n\nThere's something more personal expressed through handwriting. It's why journals are best done longhand. Everyone's uppercase 'Q' is uniquely their own.\n\n...\n\nThe Industrial Age brought mass-marketed goods. The AI age brings mass-marketed information.\n\nWe're headed towards a Signature Economy where individual creativity and nuance is valued above all else.\n\nArt, in all its forms, is to become the only luxury item.\n\nEach of us is unique. How we express that is what creativity is all about.\n\nOur unique witness to The World is what all the Arts give us a means to express.\n\nArtists! AI isn't making you obsolete. It's making you more valuable.\n\nAnd making sure we stay true to the purpose of Art itself.\n\nArt represents an individual's witness of a Life experience and not a mimicry of other Art.\n\nEach of us filters Life in our own way.\n\nBillions of Large Language Models walk The World. They're called humans. And each has their own unique perspective to share.\n\nLife with all its drama and weather perpetually feeds us prompts to interpret, make literal sense of, and share.\n\nThose who are best at this process are called Artists.
