Introducing standard.horse

This is my first test of standard.horse, so I'll keep it brief. This lets you manage your standard.site publication if you're handrolling it like I am. It is very simple - it lets you edit your publication details & theme, and has a minimal document editor that supports Markdown (GFM). You don't need to use this if you're using Leaflet/pckt/Offprint! This is purely for sickos like me who published their standard.site records by hand. The source code is available on GitHub, and I'll put it on Tangled whenever I figure out how to unbork my knot. See you on the skyline!
