"textContent": "\n\n\n\nGB News has been named among the UK's 100 fastest-growing companies in the ORESA Executive Search Growth Index 2026, making its first appearance in the list.\n\nThe Index recognised the People's Channel for \"carving out market share in an otherwise oligopolistic and declining live TV market, as well as becoming a major presence online\".\n\nThe Growth Index ranks the UK's 100 fastest-growing private companies through analysis of Companies House data, based on two-year compound annual growth (CAGR) in revenue, with a minimum £5m in latest sales and £100,000 in base year sales.\n\nGB News was ranked 50 in the Index with a CAGR of 98.27 per cent and the recognition caps a strong run of accolades for The People's Channel.\n\nGB News Breakfast recently retained the Best News Programme title at the TRIC Awards for a fourth consecutive year, beating BBC Breakfast, Good Morning Britain and ITV Evening News in a public vote.\n\nThe channel was also named Start-Up of the Year at the Campaign Media Company of the Year Awards 2026, with judges citing its momentum, audience engagement and commercial progress.\n\nBARB data for June also shows GB News further cemented its position as Britain's number one news channel, securing a commanding lead over both the BBC News Channel and Sky News.\n\nOn the digital side, GB News has passed five million TikTok followers, with content viewed more than 1.3 billion times so far in 2026.\n\nAngelos Frangopoulos, CEO of GB News, said: \"This is yet another proud moment for GB News.
