The occasion marks a significant milestone for Tillie, who has faced a number of health challenges throughout her childhood that have been documented on the family's Channel 5 series.
When she was just 14 months old, Tillie suffered a severe febrile convulsion caused by bronchitis.
During treatment, doctors inserted an emergency line into her shin bone, which later led to a serious infection in her growth plate.

The complication prevented one of her legs from growing properly and resulted in years of medical treatment.
In 2019, Tillie underwent a complex leg-lengthening procedure and spent nine months wearing an external frame designed to gradually stretch the bone.
The family's journey was later featured on 22 Kids and Counting, with viewers following Tillie's recovery and the impact the condition had on her daily life.
In 2023, Sue and Noel revealed that Tillie would require further surgery after doctors discovered her healthy leg had continued growing while the affected leg had not.
Speaking at the time, Noel explained that the difference in leg length had increased, causing mobility issues and discomfort.
More recently, the family confirmed that Tillie was due to undergo another major leg-lengthening operation after completing her GCSE exams.
The procedure was expected to help correct her worsening limp and hip pain, with surgeons hoping it would significantly improve her quality of life.
Tillie has also become a familiar face to viewers of the family's Channel 5 series, occasionally sharing glimpses of her life on social media and appearing in the family's YouTube content.
The teenager has previously spoken about her love of anime, dancing and fashion, and has even revealed a dream of trying figure skating.
