Ms Hague, 27, was photographed carrying Bambi while dressed in a brown jacket paired with loose-fitting trousers.
Mr Fury, also 27, took responsibility for their newborn son, who was kept snug in a car seat during the excursion.
The couple appeared relaxed and content as they strolled to the service, enjoying a brief reunion after the boxer had been forced to return to his training camp.
His departure came just one day following the birth, reportedly leaving him "devastated" at having to leave his growing family.
Mr Fury is preparing to face retired strongman Eddie Hall in a boxing match scheduled for 13 June in Manchester.
A source told The Sun: "He flew back up to Manchester yesterday. He's absolutely devastated but his fight is less than two weeks away so he knows he has to do it. He needs to focus on his training."
The boxer travelled back via private jet on Thursday, less than 24 hours after becoming a father for the second time.
Despite the difficult timing, Ms Hague is reportedly surrounded by family support and understands the demands of her partner's career commitments.
