We will continue to love him. That love does not stand in opposition to the sorrow we feel for the Nowak family. I don't think you have.\"\n\n###\n\n\n\n\n###\n\n\n\n\nThree minutes after being arrested, Mr Nowak falls unconscious and is pronounced dead at 00.37am on December 4, 2025.\n\nThe case has captured the attention of the nation in what is being described as “two-tier” justice.\n\nReform UK’s leader Nigel Farage said today: \"The last thing he heard was being read his rights by police.
