"textContent": "\n\n\n\nNedra Talley Ross, the last surviving member of the 1960s girl group The Ronettes, has died at the age of 80.\n\nMs Talley Ross performed in The Ronettes alongside her cousins Ronnie Spector and Estelle Bennett and the group scored huge hits with songs including Be My Baby, Walking in the Rain, Baby, I Love You and (The Best Part of) Breakin’ Up.\n\n###\n\n\n\n\nThe news of the singer’s death was shared on the group’s Instagram account, saying: “It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of Nedra Talley Ross’ passing.
