I drink water with lemon for the extra Vitamin C, which helps boost collagen. I take collagen supplements, which help with skin, hair and nails.\"\n\nCollagen is a protein produced naturally in the body, though natural supplies start to dwindle with age. Because of this, some people choose to supplement it.\n\nIndeed, one study published in the National Library of Medicine found taking hydrolysed collagen reduces wrinkles and improves elasticity over a 90-day period.\n\nSkin care also plays a huge role in Perry's appearance. She added: \"I include regular, gentle exfoliation with a sugar and oil-based scrub. I love bold accessories added to a black outfit. I love funky earrings.
