  "textContent": "\n\n\nLabour MP Jonathan Brash has called on Keir Starmer to resign and said it was a case of “if, not when” he will leave Downing Street.\n\nThe Hartlepool representative told GB News he does not think “anybody reasonably expects the Prime Minister to lead the party into the next election”.\n\n###\n\n\n\n\nMr Brash was speaking after the Prime Minister received a grilling from Tory Leader Kemi Badenoch over his handling of the appointment of Peter Mandelson as US ambassador, following revelations that the disgraced peer had failed security vetting and the explosive testimony of Sir Olly Robbins.\n\n“They just need to get a grip.
