Amazon Fire TV Stick owners are in for a real treat this week.

Nvidia has just rolled out its GeForce Now cloud gaming service to the Fire TV Stick 4K Plus and the Fire TV Stick 4K Max (2nd generation), bringing you PC gaming to your living room telly.

This means you can now access your entire PC game library on the biggest screen in your home.

Nvidia said in a statement: "GeForce NOW is powering up the living room with the launch of the GeForce NOW app on Amazon Fire TV streaming sticks, levelling up big-screen gaming with PC-quality performance."

The app should be available to download to your Fire TV Stick this week.

GeForce NOW is Nvidia's way of letting you play high-end PC games without needing a powerful computer. The service streams titles directly to your device using your broadband connection, so there's no need for physical game copies or local downloads.

It works by using remote graphics processors to run the games and then sends the video straight to your screen. This means you can enjoy demanding titles on basic hardware like laptops, phones, and now your Fire TV Stick.

"Members tap into GeForce RTX power on the screens they already own, extending the value of their membership without extra hardware or complexity," Nvidia explained.

You'll find support for major gaming platforms, including Steam and Epic Games.

A membership to GeForce is set up into three tiers. The free version is ad-supported and comes with access to over 2,000 games.

However, if you're willing to splash out £9.99 per month for its premium plan, you can go ad-free and have access to over 4,000 titles with six-hour gaming sessions.

If you'd rather have a longer playing session of up to eight hours, you could upgrade to the ultimate plan for £19.99 per month.

Popular titles like Torment: Tides of Numenera , Mega Man 11, Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection, Reanimal and Disciples: Domination are available to play through the service.

The company also highlighted that GeForce NOW keeps growing its reach across different devices, now including Linux alongside PCs, Macs, smartphones, browsers and smart TVs.

One thing to note, though, is that a solid, speedy internet connection is essential for smooth gameplay with minimal lag.

"We recommend a hardwired Ethernet connection, or a router with a 5 GHz WiFi connection," Nvidia says on its website.

Broadband provider Three is currently offering 5G unlimited home broadband featuring dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4GHz & 5GHz) for only £16 per month on a 24-month contract.

The discount is so competitive that it's not actually available on Three's online store. Instead, the same broadband package is being advertised for £21 per month. To enjoy the extra savings, it's only accessible with THIS LINK.

Unlike internet suppliers like BT, Sky Broadband, and Vodafone, which rely on fibre-optic cables buried in the ground and connected to homes and businesses across the UK, Three takes a very different approach. Instead, it leverages its award-winning 5G network to deliver full-fibre broadband speeds to your home.
