The object is achieved by providing a laminating adhesive containing a polyolefin resin (A) and an epoxy compound (B). The polyolefin resin (A) is a polymer in which propylene and 1-butene are the main monomers and has a crystallization peak temperature within the range of 28° C. to 38° C.",
