The partition includes a press-sealing face positioned at an outer peripheral edge of an axial end face thereof, and is pressed against an axial end face of the sealing rubber at the press-sealing face. A seal rib protruding axially outward from the press-sealing face of the partition is more strongly pressed against the axial end face of the sealing rubber such that a fluid-tight sealing is provided axially between the sealing rubber and the partition.",
