The mount comprises a first portion () and a second portion (), the first portion having a first outer diameter and the second portion having a second outer diameter which is smaller than the first outer diameter; and a securing member (). The tubular body extends through an aperture in a panel () of a vehicle, the panel having an interior and an exterior surface. Accordingly, in use the first portion of the tubular body extends away from the exterior surface of the panel, and the second portion of the tubular body extends through the aperture of the panel and away from the interior surface of the panel. The first portion of the tubular body receives the securing member and the securing member extends through the first portion of the tubular body to engage the panel from the exterior surface side.
