A baffle spans between the outer panel and the inner panel in an inside of the cushion and partitions the inside of the cushion into a front chamber located at a vehicle front side and a rear chamber located at a vehicle rear side. An inflator is disposed in the rear chamber, and a first tether and a second tether extend from the baffle toward a vehicle rear. The tethers respectively extend from the baffle via both sides of the inflator in the vehicle width direction so as to be connected with a rear end of the cushion.",
