CARGO RESTRAINT METHOD

A method for engaging an elongate support for restraining cargo in a container having a pair of spaced walls, including securing to one of the walls a base strip such that a longitudinal axis of the base strip extends in a vertical direction. The base strip includes sliding rails. The method also includes engaging the base strip and a sleeve defining a cavity for receiving an end of the elongate support by engaging the slide rails with a slot defined by the sleeve.
