The non-aqueous electrolyte contains a solvent and a lithium salt. The lithium salt includes a first lithium salt and a second lithium salt. The second lithium salt is different from the first lithium salt. The first lithium salt is composed of a lithium ion and an ate complex anion. A sum of concentration of the first lithium salt and the second lithium salt which are contained in the non-aqueous electrolyte is not less than 3.0 mol/L.",
