An in-holding-hole insertion portion which is a portion being present within the terminal holding hole of the columnar terminal is fixed to the terminal holding hole in an airtight state by bringing a surface in close contact with an inner surface of the terminal holding hole. Tensile strength of the fiber-reinforced plastic in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is 45 MPa or more.",
