The end plate includes: holes which penetrate through the end plate in a thickness direction and are connected to the fluid passages, and to which manifolds are connected; and flow channels formed in the end plate, and connected to the fluid passages. The flow channels include first and second lateral openings opened to a surface which is different from a surface where the holes are opened.",
