A conductive member includes a conductive portion () in which conductive plates () are arranged at intervals in a plate thickness direction. An insulating portion () covers the conductive portion () and insulates between the plates (). Each of the plates () has a penetrating connection hole () enabling electrical connection of each plate () to the outside. The connection holes () are disposed at positions displaced in a plate surface direction in the plates () and are exposed to the outside via open holes () provided in the plates () and the insulating portion ().
