The processor is configured to receive a remote vehicle operation control signal via the communication system from a remote computing device. The processor is also configured to determine a delay corresponding to the control signal. And the processor is further configured to modify the remote vehicle operation responsive to determining that the delay rises above a delay threshold at a threshold rate.",
