The present disclosure relates to a charging management system and a method therefor. The charging management system may include at least one first electric vehicle configured to supply power to at least one second electric vehicle that requests a charging service, and a charging management server configured to monitor the first electric vehicle and the second electric vehicle and manage the charging service. The charging management server may be configured to dispatch the first electric vehicle corresponding to a request of the second electric vehicle based on status information of the first electric vehicle.
