PRESSURE REGULATING VALVE

A pressure regulating valve includes a base member and a valve body member. The base member has a first sealing portion surrounding an opening portion from an outer periphery side and is annular, a second sealing portion with which the valve body member is provided to be contactable and is annular, and a support portion supporting the valve body member. The support portion supports a valve body member such that the valve body member is movable so as to be contactable with the second sealing portion. The valve body member has a contact portion and a side wall part extending from the contact portion. The contact portion is contactable with the second sealing portion. The side wall part is annular so as to cover the second sealing portion from the outer periphery side and has an inclined portion. The inclined portion expands to the outer periphery side as progresses downward.
