INTER-LINKING CONVERTER FOR MUTUAL COOPERATIVE OPERATION BETWEEN MICROGRIDS AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

An inter-linking converter includes: a status information acquisition unit which acquires microgrid status information including the status of distributed resources in each of a plurality of microgrids; a reserve power calculation unit which calculates the supply reserve power or demand reserve power of each microgrid based on information on the status of the distributed resources; and a converter control unit which controls a power stage of the inter-linking converter based on the calculated supply reserve power or demand reserve power of each microgrid, so that power is transmitted and received between the microgrids.
