The present invention provides a battery pack and an electrical device. The battery pack includes a battery module, first heat dissipation structures, and a second heat dissipation structure. The battery module includes at least two battery cell assemblies arranged in a first direction. The battery cell assembly includes at least two battery cell units arranged in a second direction. The first heat dissipation structure is disposed between at least two adjacent battery cell units of each of the battery cell assemblies. the second heat dissipation structure is disposed between two adjacent battery cell assemblies, and the second heat dissipation structure has a second heat dissipation channel in communication with the outside.
