The temperature control assembly includes a controller (240), a temperature sensor (210), a flow regulating valve (230) and a heating film (220). The flow regulating valve (230) is disposed at the liquid inlet (410), the flow regulating valve (230) is connected to the liquid cooling flow channel (400), and the heating film (220) is disposed between the direct cooling plate (110) and the cells (310).",
