The present disclosure relates to a cell assembly including: a cell block including a plurality of battery cells with electrode leads protruding therefrom; a busbar frame including a busbar electrically connected to the electrode leads and coupled with the cell block; and at least one heat dissipation unit provided between the cell block and the busbar frame and including heat dissipation pins.
