BATTERY CASE AND LITHIUM SECONDARY BATTERY COMPRISING SAME

The present disclosure relates to a battery case and a lithium secondary battery including the same. The battery case includes a metal-organic framework compound that adsorbs oxygen gas and/or hydrocarbon gas in the form of a gas adsorbent or a gas adsorbing film therein, and thus can effectively remove gas generated during operation of a secondary battery. Therefore, a lithium secondary battery including the same has excellent lifespan characteristics and safety.
