A unit cell assembly according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a battery cell, standing in an up-down direction, with electrode leads protruding from both end portions in a front-rear direction, a cooling plate in surface-contact with the battery cell, a thermal resin being applied to at least a portion of the cooling plate, and a connector block binding the battery cell to the cooling plate.
