The present disclosure relates to a method of manufacturing a battery pack comprising a main case, a first case, and a second case, and the method may include a first step of inserting the first case in a sliding manner along a first direction into the main case in which at least a portion of both sides, facing the first direction and a second direction opposite the first direction, is open to couple the first case to the main case, a second step of coupling a BMS assembly to the battery cell assembly so as to be electrically connected to the battery cell assembly, a third step of inserting the battery cell assembly in a sliding manner into the main case along the first direction such that one surface of the battery cell assembly comes into contact with one surface of the first case, and a fourth step of coupling the second case to the main case such that one surface of the battery cell assembly comes into contact with one surface of the second case.
