THERMAL BARRIER PAD, BATTERY PACK, AND BATTERY MODULE

A thermal barrier pad is provided including: a porous insulation absorbing material having a first main surface and a second main surface; an endothermic solution composition absorbed in the insulation absorbing material; a heat conductive sheet covering at least one of the first main surface and the second main surface of the insulation absorbing material; and a heat dissipating pouch surrounding the insulation absorbing material and the heat conductive sheet and including a metal layer, wherein the endothermic solution composition includes: about 0.20 wt.% to about 0.45 wt.% of a surfactant; about 0.3 wt.% to about 5.0 wt.% of a thickening agent; and about 60 wt.% to about 80 wt.% of water.
