The battery cell assembly includes a plurality of battery cells arranged in a first direction and each including an electrode lead, an integrated circuit assembly coupled to the electrode lead of each of the plurality of battery cells, and a foaming mesh between the integrated circuit assembly and the plurality of battery cells.
