The battery cell manufacturing apparatus may include an alignment unit configured to align the battery cell; a squeezing unit configured to push an electrolyte solution remaining in the terrace portion toward the accommodation portion; and a sealing unit configured to form a main sealing portion having a first gap with the accommodation portion in the terrace portion after the squeezing unit pushes the electrolyte solution.
