Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a battery cell, a battery, and an electrical device. The battery cell comprises a housing, an electrode assembly, and an insulator. The electrode assembly is accommodated in the housing; the electrode assembly is formed by winding and/or stacking electrode sheets, and the electrode assembly has a first end face; and at least a portion of the insulator is arranged between the first end face and the housing; wherein at least one first through hole is formed on the part of the insulator opposite the first end face, the first through hole is a slot-shaped hole, and the length direction of each first through hole is parallel or at an angle with the stacking direction of the electrode sheet exposed by said first through hole. According to the technical solution of the present application, battery yield can be improved and production costs can be reduced.
