The present disclosure relates to a display apparatus for a vehicle. A display apparatus for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a picture generation device including a light output device and configured to output a projection image; an optical path separator configured to reflect a first projection image, which is a part of the projection image; a screen having one surface onto which the first projection image reflected by the optical path separator is projected; a viewing angle adjustment panel including a liquid crystal layer composed of liquid crystal molecules to allow at least part of light emitted from the screen to pass through; and a signal processing device configured to output a signal for adjusting an arrangement of the liquid crystal molecules to the viewing angle adjustment panel such that a viewing angle for one area of the screen is adjusted, wherein a second projection image, which is another part of the projection image, is projected onto a windshield.
