A parking lock includes a locking pawl () and an interlocking element (). The locking pawl () is pivotably mounted on a pawl pin () and engageable with a parking interlock gear (). The interlocking element () is arranged on a connecting bar () to a selector disk (), spring-loaded with a spring element (), and clampable between the locking pawl () and a guiding plate (). An end of the connecting bar () facing away from the interlocking element () is articulatedly connected to the selector disk (). An engaging piece () of the selector disk () is operatively connected to a parking lock actuator (). The connecting bar () is arranged below the locking pawl () such that a motion plane of the connecting bar () is parallel to a motion plane of the locking pawl () and perpendicular to the pawl pin ().
