By forming a differential feedback circuit composed of the voltage conversion circuit, the voltage detection circuit, and the feedback voltage selection circuit, an output voltage is adjusted according to a maximum error result, so that a voltage difference between the output voltage and a battery voltage corresponding to a maximum error result is a specified voltage difference, thereby starting charging from a battery with the lowest voltage.",
