The wireless power transmission device includes a transmitter circuit and a receiver circuit, wherein a transmitting coil of the transmitter circuit and a receiving coil of the receiver circuit form an inductive circuit via magnetic coupling. The distance detection method includes: calculating an inductance value of a magnetizing inductance of the inductive circuit according to electrical parameters of the receiver circuit and electrical parameters of the transmitter circuit; and calculating a distance between the transmitting coil and the receiving coil according to the inductance value of the magnetizing inductance of the inductive circuit.",
