An inner cup includes an annular lip extending radially-outwardly therefrom and a pair of shaft apertures, the inner cup being disposed in the outer cup so that the lip abuts the annular ledge of the outer cup as well as the anti-rotation devices so that the inner cup is non-rotatable with respect to the outer cup.
