The composition for a functional layer contains first organic particles, second organic particles, and a solvent. The first organic particles include a polyfunctional ethylenically unsaturated monomer unit in a proportion of not less than 20 mass % and not more than 90 mass %. The second organic particles include a nitrile group-containing monomer unit in a proportion of not less than 20 mass % and not more than 80 mass % and a cross-linkable monomer unit in a proportion of not less than 0.1 mass % and not more than 10 mass %.",
