The present invention relates to an electrochemical cell device for use in solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) and/or solid oxide electrolyser cell mode (SOEC). The present invention also relates to a method of operating a solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) or a solid oxide electrolyser cell (SOEC) by using said electrochemical cell device. The present invention further relates to a method of manufacturing said electrochemical cell device.
