A thermal management system for a vehicle may include: a cooling apparatus (10) including a radiator (12), a first water pump (14), a first valve (V1), and a reservoir tank (16) connected through a coolant line (11); a battery cooling apparatus (20) including a battery coolant line (21) connected to the reservoir tank (16) through a second valve (V2), and a second water pump (22) and a battery module (24) connected through the battery coolant line (21); a chiller (40) provided in a branch line (31) connected to the battery coolant line (21) through the second valve (V2) and connected to a refrigerant line (51) of an air conditioner (50) through a refrigerant connection line (61); and a heating circuit (30) including a heater (52a) connected to the coolant line (11) and the branch line (31) through first and second connection lines (33, 35).
