The control unit is configured to supply the raw fuel and the oxidant to the catalyst combustor at the time of startup of the fuel cell system, and when a reforming reaction of the raw fuel turns dominant over a combustion reaction of the raw fuel at the catalyst combustor, increase an air-fuel ratio that is a ratio of the oxidant to the raw fuel, compared to the air-fuel ratio before the reforming reaction turns dominant.",
