The negative electrode (3, 14) includes a negative electrode active material-containing layer (3b, 14b) including a titanium-containing oxide. At least a part of the gel nonaqueous electrolyte is held in the negative electrode active material-containing layer (3b, 14b). A ratio of E/Eis within a range of 0.1 ≤ E/E≤ 0.8. Eis a content of the gel nonaqueous electrolyte in a first part (3-1). Eis a content of the gel nonaqueous electrolyte in a second part (3-2). The first and second parts (3-1, 3-2) are parts of the negative electrode active material-containing layer (3, 14).",
