An ABS modulator support structure of a saddle type vehicle includes a main frame 17, a down frame 18, a pair of shroud 19 which cover the right and left side of the frames, a radiator 21, a reserve tank 60 which stores a coolant for the radiator, and an ABS module 20. The radiator 21 is arranged on one (left side) side of the down frame 18 in a width direction of the vehicle. The ABS module 20 is arranged on the other (right side) of the sides of the down frame 18 in the width direction of the vehicle. The reserve tank 60 and the shrouds 19 are arranged outside the ABS module 20.
