A layer having a higher Ti concentration than the Ti concentration at a depth of 500 nm from the surface is formed in a surface portion of the positive electrode active substance particle. The titanium-containing compound in the coating is at least one compound selected from the group consisting of TiO, TiO, wherein n is an integer of 3 or more, and oxides containing Li and Ti.",
